I'm on the go, are you?
Where do I begin? It has been a long journey and I am still finding my way in the world of health and fitness. I don't always have the answers, I don't always turn down a double chocolate chunk cookie and I don't always run 10 miles a day. I am however, healthier and happier than I have ever been and this is my way of sharing my journey with you. I can't give you a quick fix, I can't tell you it will be easy but I can say from experience it will all be worth it. So if you are ready, throw on your workout clothes, grab your grocery bags and prepare yourself for a life change.
